Annabelle the Brave

This enduring book written by Aisha Manus and illustrated by myself provides a quick emotional journey of Annabelle as she learns what having friends and family, and adapting to her surrounding is all about.

Author, Aisha Manus and her husband both served in the Air Force. I myself was born and raised in the Air Force living all over the United States and Germany. My son is also in the Air Force. My illustrations for the book were done with watercolor. I tried to capture the spunkiness of this toddler and bring Annabelle to life with a little abstract to the design as life is not always perfect.
